Derby Municipal Parking Garage Issue

The City of Derby Parking Authority is dealing with the issue of a facility that has major structural issues that need to be addressed. The Authority recently mailed the flyer pictured here to city residents. (Click on images for easier to read versions) However to get a clearer picture of the problems the Authority is facing, we urge residents to read the minutes from the meetings to see how the issue has progressed to the current point and is likely to go to a referendum this year.
