In 1991 the Shelton Senior Center moved to a brand new facility designed and built
specifically around activities and services provided by the Center. The Center offers
a wide range of social, educational, health, financial, and recreational programs for
Shelton residents 55 years or age or older. The facility includes meeting rooms, lounges, a pool room, and a snack bar. The Center keeps their members active by providing arts and crafts, pool leagues, bridge, bingo, and a choral group. The Center also holds holiday parties, barbecues, and sponsors bus trips. |
