The City of Derby does not have any formal adult basketball programs. However, the Derby Veteran's Community Center does provide for open gym time, and the City maintains outdoor courts in the Amendola Athletic Complex on David Humphrey's Road (At the rear of Bradley School) and another outdoor court on Nutmeg Avenue.
