City Adopts Budget for 2009-2010

The Board of Apportionment and Taxation has adopted a city budget for the 2009-2010 fiscal year that maintains the current mill rate of 26.4. Part of the reason for the city to be able to maintain the tax rate was an upgrade of the city's bond rating from A+ to AA-.
