Memorial Day Parade

May 31,1999

Derby and Shelton still take a great deal of pride in the contributions made by their veterans -especially those who died in combat. The 1999 Memorial Day Parade was very special as Derby was honoring the Valley's only Congressional Medal of Honor winner, PFC Frank P. Witek by dedicating a new park to him.
